How to Add a Property

Setting up a property is the first step to managing your portfolio on EstateTrack.

You would do this to officially register a building or plot into the system so you can start adding rentable units.

   Navigate to the Properties section in the sidebar. Open /dashboard/properties

   Click the Add Property button in the top right corner.

   Enter the property name, address, and type (e.g., Apartment, Commercial).

   Click Save Property.

Bulk Generating Units

If you have a large building (e.g., 20 identical apartments), you can generate them all at once.

   Open your newly created property.

   Click Generate Units.

   Select the naming convention (e.g., A1 to A20) and set the base rent.

   Click Generate.

Vacancy Discovery Wizard

When you have unlisted vacant units, the Vacancy Discovery Wizard appears automatically at the top of your Landlord Dashboard:

• Displays a real-time progress bar with native cyan-blue gradient visualization showing listed vs unlisted units.
• Allows 1-click individual listing per vacant unit or bulk listing for entire properties directly onto the Discovery portal.
• Includes quick-listing shortcuts and dismissible controls conforming to the platform native cyan theme.
