This Acceptable Use Policy establishes baseline conduct standards and content boundaries across all EstateTrack portals, messaging channels, and vacancy listings per Master Blueprint §19.2.

Acceptable Use Policy

Community Standards, Prohibited Conduct & Enforcement Protocols

Plain-Language Summary

EstateTrack is engineered for legitimate property management and vacancy fulfillment. You may not submit fake payment claims, transmit harassment via in-app messaging, publish unlawful rental listings, or upload photographs you do not own. Violations trigger formal warnings, claim locks, and account termination.

1. Prohibited Activities & System Integrity

Users agree never to engage in any of the following activities on EstateTrack:

  • Fraudulent Payment Claims: Submitting forged, altered, stolen, or duplicated transaction references, receipt images, or deposit codes.
  • Abusive Messaging: Transmitting threats, harassment, discriminatory remarks, or unsolicited commercial advertisements through organizational chat or broadcast channels.
  • System Exploitation: Reverse engineering APIs, probing for security vulnerabilities, injecting malicious scripts, or bypassing PostgreSQL Row-Level Security barriers.
  • Unauthorized Tenancy Multi-Linking: Attempting to link unauthorized external individuals to units or staff roles outside your verified organization.

2. Property Listings & Media Copyright Warranty

When publishing vacant units to our public discovery catalog, landlords and property managers represent and warrant that:

  • You hold legitimate legal authority to offer the specified real estate for lease.
  • All listing photographs, architectural floorplans, and property descriptions are lawful, accurate, and owned by your organization or used with explicit copyright permission.
  • Listings do not violate regional fair housing regulations, zoning ordinances, or consumer protection statutes.

3. Copyright Takedown Protocol

If you are a property owner, photographer, or copyright holder and believe content on an EstateTrack listing infringes your intellectual property, send a formal takedown notice to:
legal@myestatetrack.com

Include the listing URL, identification of the copyrighted work, and proof of legal ownership. Infringing media is removed within twenty-four (24) hours of verification.

4. Progressive Enforcement Escalation

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy trigger transparent, progressive administrative remedies:

Level 1 — Operational Warning:

Written notice sent to account holder; incident recorded in organization security audit log.

Level 2 — Feature Quarantine / Claim Lock:

Temporary restriction of digital claim filing or public listing visibility for 14–30 days.

Level 3 — Administrative Suspension & Termination:

Platform access revoked for cause; organization transitioned into administrative suspension.
